Available in 3 output modes

(1) Straight-through mode: The DC conversion of intelligent lithium batteries adopts the direct mode for charging and discharging, and the voltage of the battery module is synchronized with the voltage of the busbar. (Note: Default working mode).

(2) Boost mode: The smart lithium battery supports constant voltage discharge. When there is communication between the battery and the power supply, the port voltage range is 48~57V (can be set) ; when there is no communication between the battery and the power supply system, the port voltage range is 51~54V (can be set) , and the power is not Less than 4800W.

(3) Mix and match mode: Smart lithium enters a constant voltage discharge state according to the voltage change of the busbar of the power system, which can realize the priority discharge of smart lithium primary use. When the mains power is cut off, the smart lithium battery will be discharged preferentially. The discharge depth of the smart lithium battery can be set (the default DOD is 90%) . ) discharge, when other lithium (lead-acid) batteries are discharged to the lower constant voltage of the smart lithium battery pack, the smart lithium battery will be discharged again until the smart lithium low-voltage protection, the smart lithium is no longer discharged, other lithium batteries (lead-acid) Continue to discharge.

Cell and battery voltage detection: 

The voltage detection accuracy of the cell is ±10mV at 0-45°C, and ±30mV at -20-70°C for battery charge and discharge current detection. The setting value of alarm and protection parameters can be changed through the host computer, and the current detection resistor connected to the main circuit of charge and discharge can be used to collect and monitor the charge and discharge current of the battery pack in real time, so as to realize the alarm and protection of charge current and discharge current, with excellent current accuracy at ±1.

Short circuit protection function:

It has the detection and protection function of output short circuit.

Battery capacity and cycle times: Real-time calculation of remaining battery capacity, complete learning of total charge and discharge capacity in one go, SOC estimation accuracy better than ±5%. The battery cycle capacity parameter setting value can be changed through the upper computer.

CAN, RM485, RS485 communication interface:

CAN communication communicates according to each inverter protocol and can be connected to inverter communication. Compatible with more than 40 brands.

Charging current limiting function:

Active current limiting and passive current limiting modes, you can choose one according to your needs.

(1) Active current limiting: When the BMS is charging, the BMS always turns on the current limiting module MOS tube and actively limits the charging current to 10A.

(2) Passive current limiting: In the charging state, if the charging current reaches the charging overcurrent alarm value, the BMS will turn on the 10A current limiting function, and re-check whether the charger current reaches the passive current limiting condition after 5 minutes of current limiting. (Open passive current limit value can be set).

What is the Use?

It has protection and recovery functions such as single over voltage/under voltage, total voltage under voltage/over voltage, charge/discharge over current, high temperature, low temperature and short circuit. Realize accurate SOC measurement and SOH health status statistics during charging and discharging. Achieve voltage balance during charging. Data communication is carried out with the host through RS485 communication, and parameter configuration and data monitoring are carried out through upper computer interaction through the upper computer software.
