It has the characteristics of high stability, low failure rate, and accurate sampling. It can adapt to various BMS usage environments and meet the strict requirements of customers.
2. Finished product test
(1) The finished product test adopts professional customized test equipment and has gone through a rigorous production test process. Realized the main functions of BMS including calibration, communication, current detection, internal resistance detection, power consumption detection, aging test, etc. The test is highly targeted, has wide functional coverage, and is strictly enforced, ensuring high yield and high consistency of manufactured products.
(2) During the testing process, strict IQC/IPQC/OQC quality testing procedures are implemented in accordance with ISO9001 specifications, and various professional testing equipment are attached to strictly control product quality.
