Product Introduction

(1) Cell and battery voltage detection

Real-time collection and monitoring of the voltage of a single group of 4 cells to achieve cell overvoltage and undervoltage alarm and protection. The voltage detection accuracy of the single unit is ≤±20mV at -20~70℃, and the voltage detection accuracy of the PACK is ≤±0.5% at -20~55℃.

(2) Intelligent single cell balancing

Unbalanced cells can be balanced during charging or standby, which can effectively improve battery usage time and cycle life.

(3) Pre-charge function

The pre-charge function can be started immediately when the power is turned on or the discharge tube is turned on. The pre-charge time can be set (1S to 7S), which is used to deal with various capacitive load scenarios and avoid BMS output short-circuit protection.

(4) Battery capacity and cycle times

Calculate the remaining battery capacity in real time, complete the learning of the total charge and discharge capacity in one go, and the SOC estimation accuracy is better than ±5%. It has the function of calculating the number of charge and discharge cycles. When the cumulative discharge capacity of the battery pack reaches 80% of the set full capacity, the number of cycles is increased by one, and the battery cycle capacity parameter setting value can be changed through the host computer.

Battery core, environment and power temperature detection: 2 battery core temperatures, 1 ambient temperature, and 1 power temperature are measured through NTC. The temperature detection accuracy is ≤±2℃ under the conditions of -20~70℃.

(5) RS485 communication interface

PC or intelligent front-end can realize battery data monitoring, operation control and parameter setting through RS485 communication telemetry, remote signaling, remote adjustment, remote control and other commands.

What is the Use?

It has protection and recovery functions such as single over voltage/under voltage, total voltage under voltage/over voltage, charge/discharge over current, high temperature, low temperature and short circuit. Realize accurate SOC measurement and SOH health status statistics during charging and discharging. Achieve voltage balance during charging. Data communication is carried out with the host through RS485 communication, and parameter configuration and data monitoring are carried out through upper computer interaction through the upper computer software.

1. Storage function: Each piece of data is stored according to the state transition of the BMS. The measurement data within a certain period of time can be stored by setting the recording time interval. The historical data can be read through the host computer and saved as a file.
